1、 Can nail free adhesive be used as structural adhesive

Non nail adhesive cannot be used as structural adhesive. They have strong resistance to peeling and do not have a thermal impact on the parts. And nail free adhesive is generally used to replace nails, without the need for drilling holes, and can carry larger heavy objects such as mirrors, thresholds, junction boxes, etc., so the two are not comparable.

2、 The difference between structural adhesive and nail free adhesive

1. Overview

Structural adhesive refers to adhesive with high strength (compressive strength>65MPa, steel steel tensile bonding strength>30MPa, shear strength>18MPa), able to withstand large loads, and resistant to aging, fatigue, and corrosion. It has stable performance within the expected life and is suitable for bonding structural components that can withstand strong forces. Structural adhesive has high strength, peel resistance, impact resistance, and simple construction process. The stress distribution on the joint surface is uniform, and there is no thermal impact or deformation on the parts.

Non nail glue, also known as liquid nails or glue nails, as the name suggests, is a new product that replaces nails. It does not require the use of tools such as drills, hammers, or expansion nails for installation, does not require drilling holes, and has the advantages of no noise or dust. Non nail adhesive is commonly referred to as liquid nail in foreign countries and non nail adhesive in China.
